Revisions Policy

At Designers Hut LLC, revisions are provided according to the package selected. Clients may request unlimited free revisions, provided the original concept and core design direction remain unchanged. Each revision request is typically completed within 48 hours.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

All funds deposited for a project are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been delivered, unless the project is canceled or terminated by Designers Hut LLC for reasons unrelated to client violation or non-performance.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are subject to the following terms:

  • Before initial design delivery: Eligible for a 100% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.

  • Within 48 hours of receiving initial designs: Eligible for a 66% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.

  • Within 48–120 hours of receiving initial designs: Eligible for a 33% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.

  • After approval or revision request: The refund policy becomes void once initial designs are approved or revisions are requested.

All refund requests are reviewed by our support team. Designers Hut LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on project circumstances and compliance with our user agreement.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will first attempt to resolve concerns through the revision process. If a refund is approved:

  • Designers Hut LLC retains all rights to the delivered designs.

  • You may not use, display, reproduce, or claim ownership of any version of the designs.

  • Copyright ownership reverts fully to Designers Hut LLC.

Any unauthorized reuse or reproduction will be considered a violation of copyright laws.

My Account Responsibility

Clients are responsible for regularly checking their My Account dashboard for messages, updates, and delivered files. Failure to monitor the account does not qualify for a refund. For assistance, our support team is available at any time.

Quality Assurance

Our design team strictly follows the specifications provided in your order. Each project undergoes thorough research and quality checks to ensure originality, consistency, and creativity.

Domain & Hosting Policy

Domain registration and hosting services are not included in website packages unless explicitly stated. Hosting plans include email accounts with 10MB storage per address, compatible with email clients such as Outlook.

If you choose to host your website with a third-party provider, Designers Hut LLC will not be able to provide email services. All domain and hosting services are non-refundable.

Service Delivery Policy

All finalized project files are uploaded to your My Account area as outlined in your Order Confirmation. You will receive an email notification once files are available. The delivery date and time shown in your account mark the start of the revision and refund eligibility period.

Record Maintenance

Designers Hut LLC maintains project records after final delivery for future reference. If you require your files again, they can be resent upon request.

Communication Policy

Designers Hut LLC is only responsible for communications conducted through official company channels associated with the @designershutllc.com domain and listed on our official website. We are not liable for communications from unauthorized email addresses or phone numbers.

Information Accuracy

By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Designers Hut LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

Authenticity Guarantee

All designs created by Designers Hut LLC are 100% original and developed from scratch. We guarantee unique, custom-designed branding tailored specifically to your requirements.

Third-Party Integrations

We may assist with standard third-party plugin or API integrations as part of your website project. Designers Hut LLC has no direct affiliation with third-party vendors. Any integrations beyond the agreed project scope may require additional fees.
