Revisions Policy
At Designers Hut LLC, we offer revisions based on the package you choose. Clients can request an unlimited number of free revisions as long as the original concept and core design direction remain the same. Revisions are typically completed within 48 hours of each request.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
Funds deposited for any project are non-refundable once initial design concepts have been shared, unless Designers Hut LLC cancels or terminates the project for reasons unrelated to client violation or non-performance.
Refund requests will be processed according to the following terms:
– If you request a refund before the delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
– If a refund is requested within 48 hours after receiving initial designs, you are eligible for a 66% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
– If a refund is requested within 48 to 120 hours after receiving initial designs, you are eligible for a 33% refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
– Once you have approved or requested revisions on the initial designs, the refund policy becomes void.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team. Designers Hut LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request based on the circumstances of the project and adherence to our user agreement.

Our team will first attempt to resolve any concerns through our revision policy. If a refund is approved, Designers Hut LLC will retain all rights to the delivered designs, and you will no longer have permission to use or display any version of them.
After the refund, copyright ownership of the designs reverts to Designers Hut LLC, and any attempt to reuse, reproduce, or claim ownership of the designs will be considered a violation of copyright.

My Account
You are responsible for checking your account dashboard regularly for messages, updates, and design files. Failure to monitor your account area does not qualify for a refund. For help using your account, contact our support team anytime.

Quality Assurance
Our design team follows the exact specifications provided in your order. Every project undergoes extensive research and quality checks to ensure originality, consistency, and creativity.

Domain & Hosting
Domain registration and hosting are not included in any website package, where applicable. Hosting plans include email accounts with 10MB of storage per address, compatible with clients like Outlook. Please note that if you choose to host your website elsewhere, we will not be able to provide email services. All domain and hosting services are non-refundable.

Service Policy
All finalized project files are uploaded to your My Account area as specified in your Order Confirmation. You will also receive an email notification once your files are available. The delivery date and time indicated in your account determine the start of the revision and refund policy period.

Record Maintenance
Once your final files have been delivered, Designers Hut LLC maintains a record of your project for future reference. If you need the files again, we can resend them upon request.

All designs created by Designers Hut LLC are 100% original and developed from scratch. We guarantee that your branding materials will be unique and tailored to your specific requirements.

Third-Party Integrations
We may assist with standard third-party plugin or API integrations as part of your website project. However, we maintain no direct affiliation with third-party vendors. Any additional integrations beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
